The chapter platform. A seat is held.

Events and RSVPs, forums, payments, media, and a members’ app of your own — the whole year of a peer chapter, run from one engraved place.

Born inside a working YPO chapter. Built for all of them.

This Is the Real Thing

Every frame on these pages is the actual product, filmed running a demonstration chapter — the feed where wins land at midnight, the schedule that fills by Thursday, the console the board runs the year from. Nothing staged in a design tool. It works like this on day one.

  • The members’ app — iPhone, iPad, and the web
  • The chapter console — the board’s own surface
  • One platform underneath, engraved for peer chapters
One plan · no tiers

Questions

What exactly does $3,999 a year cover?
Everything. The members’ app (iOS, iPad, web), the admin console, every feature on the platform as it grows, hosting, the works — for your whole roster: members, Gold members, spouses, and assistants. There are no per-seat charges, no tiers, and no setup fee.
We have years of data in another system. Does it come with us?
Yes — that’s the point of the signup’s import steps. Roster and calendar exports land in the wizard; photo libraries, event history, and attendance records migrate during onboarding, white-glove. Chapters have arrived with a decade of history and kept all of it.
Are Gold members really included?
Fully. Gold runs as its own section on the same platform — its own roster view, its own events and finance books, its own rooms — and your members who bridge both see one app, not two.
Who can see our chapter’s data?
Your chapter runs as its own isolated stack — its own database, its own media storage, its own domain. There is no shared pool. Sign-in supports passkeys and Face ID, spouses see the wing and never the members’ forums, and every admin action lands in an append-only audit ledger.
How fast can we be live?
About a week from payment, most of it our work, not yours: import, a preview link for you to bless, then invitations to members by name. The onboarding call is the only meeting.
What if we leave?
The subscription is annual and renews unless you tell us otherwise. If you go, your data goes with you — full exports of roster, events, forums, and media, in open formats, no fee and no hostage-taking.
